Best dealership by far Bought a used Audi Q7 last week and it was a drama free simple process, Tony was so helpful and easy to deal with , other dealerships can learn a lot from there approach. Unfortunately within the first week got warning all brake pads needed changed not quite what i expected in first week but doesn\u2019t take away from the great experience
Fantastic Great garage with excellent customer service, approachable easy going with zero pressure the sale lamb I was dealing with Tony was more than helpful throughout and happy to let me helpnwith any questions I had, i went to look at a specific car and end up struggling to choose between the wide range of options. Probably the most at ease and comfortable iv been buying a car very smooth service ! And will definitely be back when it\u2019s time to change again.
Racist experience. Tried to purchase a car, didn\u2019t want to release the sale and reasons given were false and fabricated. Made purchase and asked when car would be ready for collection due to the distance being far so organisation is important. Couldn\u2019t give me a straight answer then insisted I didn\u2019t want the car anymore when that was never mentioned. Was only one reason left. Tony is the person is question. Happy other people had a good experience here but evidently they\u2019re not black, Muslim and from London. Very racist people. I also have a recording of Tony\u2019s reasons as to why he didn\u2019t want to sell me the car. This stuff is still happening in 2026, it\u2019s unbelievable. Very sad.

You have my license you can see my face my name my address, you guys can clearly see the unprofessionalism from their response alone. I had one conversation with the dealership regarding the availability date for transferring the vehicle after purchase. The finance company explained by email that they needed a rough estimate so they could arrange payment and transportation. Before finalising the deal, I was told it was okay for me to organise transport to London. When I asked for an approximate timeline (as the car needed checks), the response was that if I didn't want the car, there were many others lined up. I never said I didn't want it \u2014 I just needed realistic timing as a paying customer who had basically completed the purchase. You fabricated stories to suit your decision then later refused to release the vehicle, even after the finance company offered for me to collect it in person. The reason given was my 'attitude,' but our interaction was limited to that ONE discussion about timing. Even after that conversation you continued to speak to the finance company about the timing of availability. I felt the handling was unprofessional and very very discriminatory. I have a recording of the conversations that supports my account of events. This experience has left me deeply concerned about how the business treats customers, especially in 2026 when fair service should be standard. Other reviews suggest similar issues for some customers. Google will block what I really want to say, but you guys get the drift. Anybody wants to hear proof of conversation and what was spoken about can contact me I\u2019ll be more than happy to produce what I have. Very unprofessional, defensive and discriminatory.
I had a really disappointing experience with this car company. The customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond, and the quality of the vehicle did not meet expectations at all. Overall, I wouldn\u2019t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliability or good service.

Honestly, I left pretty shocked after dealing with this place. Tony in particular came across really aggressive in how he spoke, and it just didn\u2019t feel professional at all. I get that sales can be stressful, but there\u2019s no need to speak to customers like that. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and off-putting. I was surprised by what i had encountered. I wouldn\u2019t go back, and I definitely wouldn\u2019t recommend it to anyone else.
I phoned your premises with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. During this interaction, I was refused the opportunity to proceed with a purchase. The individual I spoke with, who identified himself as Tony, made it clear that this refusal was based on my being from London and, more concerningly, my race.

Calder motors is an amazing company to deal with. We purchased a Range Rover SVR. We got a very fair part exchange on our c63s and the entire process was smooth . They took there time prepping and overlooking all details on the svr and making sure it was in showroom condition before collection . Having dealt with multiple garages across the country these guys are definitely up there . Honest trustable people and there vehicles and conditions speak for them self . Gave me an extended 2 year warranty and was told if there is any issues just pop over a call and they will take care of it for us. I highly recommend using this company if you want a great car without any hassle or problems . Will be using this garage again in the future when we are looking for another vehicle .
