DO NOT EVER GO TO THEM! Mandy and Paul are con artist trying to rob the public they lie about how many owners cars have had, service history\u2019s and they sell cars that can cause danger and serious harm to others! We bought a car on Feb 19 and engine went end of March after 5 weeks of issues and being ignored! They use a garage there friends and say you can\u2019t go there for health an safety! We rejected the car a they have try to claim harassment and are trying to give us the car back broken when we sent a report of AA with all PRE-existing faults! The car was a write off at point of sale!! \xa37995 they are refusing to refund and saying they can\u2019t repair the car because they feel we are harrasing which has never happened this is there way to try get out of it but we have all the evidence from dated emails and letters an reports from the car diagnostics! They told us car was at garage to get a check up as AA isn\u2019t a garage hahah! Car was never there they had the car back April 1 rejected to message me at 1130pm on April 15th by email to say they are not repairing and are trying send it back as they no it\u2019s a write off and are trying to not pay us! Legally they cant send a car back under consumer 2015 act by law as it\u2019s been rejected for being dangerous! We are now going to court to get are money as they have tried to send car back to us and said no refund no repair haha even though under consumer act 2015 they have legal right to do so! Both of them are absolutely horrible people with awful attitudes! We now have a long process to get our \xa37995 back but we will win and I can\u2019t wait to win! I beg anyone not to fall for PAULS lies of I used this car myself lately , it\u2019s had 2 owners , the service I did myself haha all of it isn\u2019t true! DO NOT BUY OF THESE SCAM ARTIST! Attached the report of AA this is what we was sold and told it had a valid MOT and service but neither is true! MOT WAS FALSEY APPROVED AND SERVICE NEVER DONE! do not let them claim harrasment when they are blanking you or robbing your money! I will make sure we go all the way and save more people from this fraud business!
Purchased a car last January from here. Great car no issues except not recieveing the log book despite being in touch most of the Year. He's always busy with a customer and going to call back but never does. Cost me in the end having to pay for a new one myself. Shame as was very helpful when buying just let us down with V5
Bought a Mercedes from c&a motors, the car had a number of faults they tried to put right, the car ended up flooding inside due to a leak, Paul then swapped the car for a bmw one series, I took the car to bmw for a recall to find there was over 2k worth of damage under the car\u2026\u2026 and the wrong engine too! I wasn\u2019t told about the engine when I bought the car, there response was well it was done by the dvla so it\u2019s fine, lost a lot of money because of the con artist, I wouldn\u2019t recommend buying a car from here
Bought a car from Paul at C&A. Excellent service, no pressure. Spent a significant amount of time going over everything with me, even helping me find insurance on the car I was looking to purchase so I had a full overview of the costs. Extremely helpful, excellent car with a full MOT. Highly recommended.
OMG check out the latest 5* review from Vicky Huck, and then check Paul's wife's Facebook. It's one of her mates leaving reviews. Message to Mandy and Paul - maybe if you stopped ripping people off and lying to them, you might get some decent reviews from proper customers. What a joke you are! Says it all when they have either one star, or 5 star reviews doesn't it. I'm sure if your car is OK then it's a great experience, but if you are unfortunate enough to have a problem, this company is worse than dreadful. They fob you off, ignore you, maybe even swap out working parts in your car, and put them in another car thats being sold, which leaves you with all the problems.. but that's a whole different story! The MOTs they provide with the car aren't worth the paper they are written on. I really wish I had taken notice of the very many one star reviews which are on the Internet about them, but I was daft and hoped I wasn't one of the unlucky ones... I was and it's cost me time, effort, a lot of upset and a lot of money to rectify. There are plenty of car companies out there, for your own sake, use another.
