Hassle free purchase from start to finish. I enquired via auto trader and Jim phoned to arrange a date to view the car he happily accommodated us on New Year\u2019s Day due to my work commitments. We arrived and the car was out ready for us to view with Jim greeting us as we arrived. Jim was patient and not rushing us in the slightest allowing me and my husband to look at the car. He answered questions thoroughly and was very knowledgeable on the history. I was confident with the purchase and know that this is a genuine garage and a professional set up. An incredible experience buying from Jim. Jim answered all my questions in advance of purchasing the car and delivered the car to me in Edinburgh earlier than expected! He was wonderful to deal with including a small issue which arose with a warning light after purchase, offering to cover costs for fixing the matter. He was a true gentleman and it gives me so much comfort seeing all the glowing reviews he has received. I would have no hesitation in purchasing through Jim again!
