Highly recommend this dealership, more than fair with my part exchange for the vw transporter. My partner and children are very happy with our new vehicle. A massive Thankyou to Steve and the lads who work there. I\u2019ve had the van serviced and the mechanic said it\u2019s like a brand new van. This dealership doesn\u2019t sell knockoffs like other traders around. Many thanks guys.
First car I bought years ago was great , BUT last one terrible, from day 1 smell of burning from engine compartment, they came picked car up off me couldn't find any problem 3 weeks later smoke from engine compartment, they came to west wales picked us up drove back couldn't find problem happened again they had car back again took it to garage they use changed rocker cover gasket had car over a week for 2 hour job,smoke still coming now and again ,all these incidents on video they told me take to garage under warranty to be checked, but as I pointed out numerous occasions fault was there when I bought car so up to them to sort out not me.From December my disabled son was in hospital with cancer I had to carry on using car,in March coming home from hospital car caught fire from engine compartment, luckily by friends garage he put fire out and sorted car out for us , fault was leaking diesel pipe from injector, don't know how thier garage missed this. Response I had from them not great (should imagine they will say my fault),if you buy from there please take car further than heol y cyw on test drive , I still have all videos, again I know they will say car under warranty but why should I pay for problem that was already there which wouldn't be found on diagnostic machine but should have been found when they changed rocker gasket when they had car for over 1 week. Be careful
