This family business is well run and they were a pleasure to deal with. Conscientious, upfront and very accommodating. As a woman, I\u2019ve always found it difficult to find someone in this trade, to trust. But I felt like these people were honest and trustworthy \u2026very rare.
Simon from Brundall Autos has been excellent throughout. Old 2013 Nissan Micra written off on 29th April. Wife wanted replacement Nissan Micra. Saw 2016 Nissan Micra advertised by Brundall. Emailed to arrange test drive at short notice. Test drive 5th May. All details discussed with Simon. Paid deposit to secure. Settlement proceeds came through 5th May. Arranged with Simon 6th May to have ready asap. Picked up Sat 9th May. Simon kept us informed of valeting, servicing ,mot etc. throughout. Travelled by Train to Brundall station where Simon picked me up. Paperwork sorted. Nice touch of box of goodies provided ( water, air freshener, cleaning cloths, pack of sweets). Pointed out Nissan handbook not in glove compartment. Simon ordered foc and it arrived today. Cannot fault the excellent service received. He went above and beyond. Very pleased with car since received.
After a long search for a first car for our daughter, we came a cross Simon and Sarah. Their relaxed no pressure sales approach really does speak for itself. Couldn't be happier with the service and stress free feeling during the purchase of the vehicle. Communication was second to non and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to take a look, as there is a wide range of vehicles that speak for themselves. Having never bought my own car before I was not sure where to even start looking. I came across Brundall Auto purely by chance and I am so thrilled I found them. Simon is the most helpful, genuine and lovely man you could meet. From the moment I went to look at a car with him I knew I wouldn\u2019t go anywhere else. Simon was not pushy at all, he gave genuine helpful practical advice that he just wanted me to know even if I bought from elsewhere. And his wife is equally as lovely! Absolutely amazing service in the all the years I've bought cars never known a service like it from any Garage. Sarah and Simon were so helpful and really care about the vehicles they are selling from first contact when I told them I needed the car asap and I was happy to pay a deposit without viewing. Simon would not allow it without me first seeing the vehicle. Simon would not let the car go without a new MOT and service knowing I needed the car asap he made a special effort to get a space for the car to be MOTd and serviced even getting an advisory fixed which he didn't need to he went out of his way to get it all done in 2 days he even stayed late so I could collect the car after closing extremely happy and gratefully for all the help.
I can't recommend Simon and Sarah of Brundall Autos strongly enough. I live in Sussex and purchased two vehicles concurrently, a Motorcycle and a fantastic value SUV that I will use to trailer the bike when on my travels. All the transactions were carried out by phone and online. Simon was scrupulously clear and honest with his descriptions of both vehicles. I spent the majority of my career in Sales of high end brand cars & immediately felt at home with the professional and honest approach that Simon and Sarah apply to their business and customer service.
