Although I didn\u2019t buy the car I went to view, I must say that talking to Simon was honest,reassuring, no hard sell, very knowledgeable, and indeed guided me, as to what models I could expect to buy and avoid. I picked my car up today and Sarah and Simon where amazing and very helpful from the first time that I contacted them and until I picked the car up. They offered a top service and beyond and where more like friends than car sales people. What a pleasure it was to purchase my new used car from Brundall Auto Ltd\u2026.Simon was superb\u2026honest transparent and not in slightest bit pushy once we had agreed on the deal I had daily updates while the car was prepared for me and nothing was to much trouble\u2026.there was one issue that needed sorting but the relevant part was on order but wouldn\u2019t arrive in time for my collection date\u2026.Simon phoned me when the part was in\u2026arranged to pick up my car from my home to get it fitted and returned it within hours at the least inconvenience to me\u2026I\u2019m super pleased with my new car and the whole experience was both top notch from start to finish!
