I've had by car for about 5 weeks and I'm very happy with it, it's had a few problems but they're in the process of being sorted out under warranty. Thank you to all at BMC for a great service and attitude towards selling me the car and a no question attitude towards the warranty work. I will definitely buy next car from yourselves. Update, had some very expensive warranty work done and can't fault the service I got, definitely a used car dealer that can be trusted.
A friend asked to view a car at the sales yard. It looked lovely on picture. However when she got there the car was dirty. With a damaged mirror. Damaged rear light and small dent on wing. She was told that they like customers to see car first then they'll do repairs!!! Never heard anything like it. Obviously walked away!
I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I brought a Landrover Discovery from them. 3 issues with it in the first 3 months of ownership. Was told when i took it back with the latest issue that 'you brought a Landrover'. I have been given a loan car but not suitable for my needs.... so i have had to pay for a hire car that does suit my requirements. I have today been told that they are booking cars in for 3 weeks for repairs.... bearing in mind they have already had it a week.... the customer service is awful and i deeply regret buyong my car from this business. An update!!! My car was fixed this week... success at last!!! Ohh... no... there is another fault now.... a drive shaft is faulty and needs replacing....it is a joke i'm sure... and again i am going to be left with a big bill as i brought a 7 seater car due to my needs. This company supply me a Peugeot 208 to drive whilst they try to fix under warranty "their" issues. Where i have to again hire a 7 seat car for my trip this weekend. I also need to start asking questions about the hire car i was given. The service light and engine management light is on...... but they seem happy to let the car go out in this condition... i have no faith and when the car i brought is returned to me then it will need to go to a Landrover Specialist, which again i am sure i will pick the bill up for, as i have no faith in it being fit for purpose without a third party telling me it is.
Date of visit: 24/07/26. As a woman, I can honestly say I felt completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. Having a female sales adviser made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question we had was answered, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. She gave us complete confidence in our purchase, and knowing the car will have a full service and fresh MOT before collection gives us even more peace of mind. It’s clear this garage takes pride in both the cars they sell and the service they provide. I genuinely can’t recommend this garage enough. The sales team are a real credit to the business, and the customer service from start to finish was outstanding. If you’re looking for a garage where you’ll be treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care, this is the place to go.
I was in search of a car online as to change my previous Car. After series of searches online I found exactly what I was looking for at Brooke. All the way from Scotland. I know it sounds crazy right? this is someone who has a good knowledge of cars, a car person, business oriented, can go further to get what he likes or wants no matter the distance. I went on the Reviews it was Amazingly positive, very impressive, with few negative but I didn't allow it to discourage me. As a business minded person I can understand because it is not always easy to please all customers. I began communication which my first point of contact was Charlie, was smooth reservation was made, second contact Ellie a wonderful lady who can go extra mile to satisfy a customer, was smooth helpful all questions answered/ video call. I gave my date of coming as my job permit, traveled 7hrs. on the said date though was hectic due to train lines, tired, stressed, but still remain positive. Got to brooke, got picked up by this Amazing man Hayden, i inspected for purchase, few age related marks, which was not too bad. but due to the time of arrival cannot be completed on same day, got sorted the next day drove back 7hrs smoothly as a car should be. Special thanks to all this Amazing souls whom I mentioned here including John. Car is driving nicely as it should be till date. Duke remains happy with his purchase and shall come again. Thanks \U0001f60a.
Fell in love with an orange Landrover in February 2026 on their website. Sorted finance and went to view it, was told it needed a clean and MOT, service and would be ready in 7days. Called up multiple times, to be told it needed a new steering rack but was safe to take and bring back when they had the part. Had the car less than a week and EGR issues, gear box oil leak, engine oil leak. Took it back and was given a shody courtesy car (fuel gage didn’t even work). Multiple calls made over a period of 7 weeks. When we finally had enough they said they would get someone in to do work straight away. Was able to collect 3 days later. Less than 2 weeks later transmission box was making terrible noises, husband is a mechanic and was able to use warranty to get him to do this. He went to do work on car and when plugged in that the work they had supposedly done to change EGR was actually them programming it out, also done this to adblue system. (If cought with this done the VOSA could fine unlimited to owner for compromising environmental regulations and emission control) I have only done 4000 since mot and apparent service but oil states it hasnt been changed for 8000, brake discs are dangerous ( how it passed an MOT?) and steering rack hasn’t been coded to the car. Now I’m left without a car for at least 6 weeks whilst finance is returned and out of pocket for multiple trips to them (2 hours each way), and the specific items I brought for that car. I will be taking this further, as believe we have been overly accommodating for bad practices and work. After scrolling through reviews can see that these are reoccurring issues and they just don’t care. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
