I recently purchased a truck from Braintree Van Sales and couldn\u2019t be happier with the experience. I\u2019d highly recommend them to anyone looking for genuine, top\u2011quality service. The truck itself was in excellent condition throughout\u2014spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Nick was fantastic from start to finish, even patiently waiting while the payment took what felt like a lifetime to go through. The 5\xbd\u2011hour drive to collect it was absolutely worth it. After collection, a wheel sensor issue popped up, but Nick covered the cost immediately without any hesitation. The aftersales support has been every bit as good\u2014if not better\u2014than the service before the sale, which is one of the many reasons I would happily buy from BVS again. I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. In a nutshell: an excellent company with outstanding customer service, especially from Nick.
I've just purchased a Vauxhall Corsa Van from Nick. The whole process was quick and easy, and Nick did everything he said he would. I don't think I've ever said buying a vehicle has been a pleasure, but it absolutely was with BVS. Thanks, Nick. I love my little van, and it's perfect for what I need.
