Decided to contact BVC Ltd based upon their reviews in the positive. Mike put me in touch with Jamie and such a pleasure to receive the attention and helpful assistance. No pressure or hard sell and more than accommodating to show and detail various van's on site. Jamie kept me updated at all times on progress, aided a good test drive of the Ford Transit Custom. Provided me with a pickup from home to enable the purchase and transaction from the office. Thanks so much Jamie for all your help and a pleasure to have done business with yourself, Alex and Mike. Jamie and his team have been amazing from the get go. We bought a van through We Finance Any Van with them. They fixed all advisories on the MOT for no extra cost and organised for it to be delivered to us. It arrived in mint condition, paperwork was all in order and their driver was lovely. Would definitely recommend them.
Avoid avoid avoid!!! Had issues with the van I bought from day one, starting with the seals in the window screen to now have the engine management light coming on! The warranty isn\u2019t worth the paper it\u2019s written on. 3 months 1k miles, it\u2019s van!! Scam artists stay well clear!
Outstanding service from all the team, nothing is to much trouble they always go above and beyond, this will be my company\u2019s 7th motor, what more do I need to say. I bought a van a few weeks ago - customer service was so good I have to leave a review. It's easy to talk the talk when trying to make a sale but true colours are shown when issues come up after a purchase has been made. After a week the electric windows stopped working, maybe due to the extreme heat, not too sure, but I called Mike and he was nearby so came to have a look himself first. It was an electrical fault so he took the van back in and fixed it, covered all costs and let me use one of his other vans while he had mine. Even though he fixed everything straight away he was still very apologetic. I fully understand that sometimes things just happen and it is so good when companies put things right. No fuss or drama at all. This is the best customer service I've had when it comes to buying a vehicle and I've purchased a lot over the years. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you to Mike and the team!
I couldn\u2019t recommend these guys enough. I was desperate for a new van as mine had broken and I needed it for work as I\u2019m a piano removals specialist. In 1 day of talking to them, they had px\u2019d my old van, arranged finance, and had me driving away in a shiny new van at a great price. They are professional and friendly and were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing but issues with the van from the second day of buying it! I was given the folder on collection stating the three month warranty was inside, however they forgot to mention the bit about it only having up to 1k miles! Who buys a van to sit it on the drive for 6 out of 7 days? The warranty is a waste of paper! The owner says on the phone "it's a used van"! so what, it had done 31800 miles not 318000! I now know why I purchased my other 9 vans from Ford! My business does not involve ripping people off & my business was fine when I paid the money straight in your account! Don't worry I am being forced to fix all the issues with the van & I suspect the service you claim it had, was really just an MOT. I couldn't care less what you wright about me, my experience is to make sure nobody else has the same issues after buying from you! Regards Curtis
