I bought a van off Bournville van centre recently. Can\u2019t recommend them enough! Met with Jamie but they didn\u2019t have the van I wanted, so they sourced me the make and model. Process was really smooth and the contact was regular and clear. After collecting I noticed the heating wasn\u2019t working - Jamie sorted it quickly and booked it into a garage to be looked at within a couple of days. Fantastic service!
I bought a van around 3 days ago now , I received good customer service throughout my visit. On the night of buying the van I went out to grab something however the locks on the van stopped working and I was locked out the van. I first messaged them to see if they had any issues with this previous to me buying and I ended up having to get a locksmith out to have a look and get me into the van. I then received a call from Michael off of his own back to ask what was wrong with the van. The van needed new locks putting on as the locksmith said the locks was completely run down. The work on the van came to \xa3380 , Michael / Bournville have paid for all the works to be done and apologised for this issue. A big thank you to him and the team the customer service is second to none and for him to reach out and too cover the costs it\u2019s the best service you could ask for , I wouldn\u2019t recommend buying from here more. Thank you Michael.
