I went to Bourne Valley Motors to test drive a VW Tiguan and found the car was superb. The service I had from both the sales person and later from the Owner was excellent without being pushy. At no stage did I feel pressured in any way and was impressed with their attitude towards myself and my wife. I never give 5 stars as it leaves no room for ANY improvement.
We visited the garage on 21 March to look at a car. We spoke to Mark, the owner, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed a couple of the cars on display and then took our choice for a test drive. Once back we discussed a possible price and options to part exchange our car. All were very reasonable. I have had bad experiences with car sales men in the past but got a very good feeling about this garage. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone.
