Phoned garage up one evening to book a viewing of RR I\u2019d seen on website. The owner was really accommodating and agreed a viewing on a Sunday. Saw the vehicle and test drove. Wife could only visit in the evening and Mark sorted that too. Bought the RR few days later and I\u2019m really pleased with it. Top spec, in great condition. Great customer service.
I brought a Range Rover a couple weeks ago, and can only say the experience was 10/10. Was very nervous as a woman I thought I wouldn\u2019t know what to do. But Mark talked me through everything and made me so comfortable and made sure I got the right car for me! I love my new baby and would definitely recommend this garage going forward.

Mark was easy to deal with, quick to respond and honest from start to finish. there is no pushy sales techniques and a refreshingly simple purchasing process. Mark accommodated my awkward schedule and the vehicle was exactly as described, warts and all. He even sent me extra service paperwork for my vehicle that he found weeks after my purchase... a great technique to get a 5 star review ;)
Thanks to Mark for his assistance and patience when making a long distance purchase of one of his Landrover vehicles. Living in Cornwall meant I could not pop over to see the car and speak with Mark face to face, but he offered to send me detailed information about the vehicle including a video of him starting the car from cold and idling in on his forecourt. He was able to detail the extensive work he had undertaken to recommission the vehicle including photos of all new parts he had invested in to improve the performance and reliability of the engine including a new fuel tank pump and set of plugs and distributor cap. Mark was always prompt when replying to my email requests for information or picking up the phone and was an honest chap to deal with who always did what he promised. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to others looking for a used landrover
