Be Very Aware I Was very interested in a used Audi they have for sale and I happened to know it had been there for 6 /7 weeks and had been reduced by \xa3800 ,when I asked Tom the sales person how long it had been in stock he replied not yet 2 weeks so I asked him the question twice more and said please confirm to which he replied yes not 2 weeks and it's just going through it's prep ! Sadly my experience went from bad to worse as he then insulted me with a P/X that was utterly ridiculous also I pointed out some stains on front seat that could be seen from the video and he said it was water damage. I have bought aproved Audis for over 30 years and this has been by far the most untrustworthy experience to date and I would certainly advise anyone to be careful when dealing with this dealership as trust is the one benefit you would take as a given from any Audi Main Dealership because that is what you pay for. Then one of the Sales Managers Peter who was very pleasant decided to offer us \xa3700 less for our p/X after 7 days but still wanted same price for the car they are selling and he also stated they have cars in stock for 6/ 12 months and regarding the stains on the seat he said well it is a 69 plate. Obviously think they are the only Audi dealership around BUT they are not and I got a much better car and deal but most importantly service from cheshire. Good Luck

Having used Audi Bolton for a few years now for three separate vehicles, I've found them great to deal with. They are very facilitating for booking in MOTS and servicing. Where they could improve is in their answering times on the phone sometimes, but other than that I've always found them friendly and professional. Once inside they're very courteous, offering drinks with a genuine positivity and whilst I was waiting for my cars MOT to be done, I was offered drinks throughout my wait and noticed how other customers were also treated which seemed very well.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with the brand newAudi A5 I bought in April. I accept there can be issues but it is how these are dealt with, Audi Bolton just don’t! Car has been returned on several occasions with electrical issues faults appearing , mirrors not working and screens going blank. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be able to book the car in ,have a courtesy car and the issue resolved.Reported issues on November 4th 2 phone calls 3 emails one visit in person. It would be easier just to park it across the entrance to get a response!

I’ve been dealing with Peter at Audi Bolton for over six years now, and he’s been nothing short of exceptional every single time. This year’s car purchase was no different — Peter was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. Very rude parts department, spoke to a gentleman and he hung up on me sounds like he doesn’t wasn’t to be there. Very bad customer service, I would never treat a customer like this.
