Do not buy from this garage! Communication was very poor throughout. I was sold a faulty car, and it took weeks to get any kind of response. When I did hear back, I was repeatedly passed around and told someone would follow up, but that rarely happened. I still have the car, and I\u2019ve lost a significant amount of money trying to deal with the issues. Overall, a very frustrating experience - I\u2019d give 0 stars if that were an option.
The guy who sold me the vehicle was spot on polite friendly couldn\u2019t do enough, (hence 2 stars not 1) went a week later to collect it he wasn\u2019t in, the vehicle wasn\u2019t ready sat over an hour waiting for it to be valeted to get in it and all they had done was wipe the floor down not valeted at all, when asked how much longer it was going to be I was told he\u2019s doing the back, he went to check came back and sat down and put his AirPods back in just rude and ignorant, the back didn\u2019t get touched at all it was a mess, whilst waiting I was listening to another guy on the phone how he spoke to customers was terrible no customer service skills at all. I won\u2019t use this company again and definitely wouldn\u2019t recommend
Reserved a car via auto trader with Big Car World. As soon as we arrived there was someone on hand to show us around the car and take us out for a test drive. One minor issue, there was a chip on the screen that could have been sorted before hand as there wasn\u2019t time correct this before hand. Rest of the process went smoothly and we managed to drive the car away on the same day.
I would avoid buying a car from here. We bought our car 7th March 2026 and it broke down 4th April 2026. We've requested either a repair or refund (as per our consumer rights) multiple times and have been ignored. We've had to pay for the repair ourselves and will need to take this dealer to the financial ombudsman or small claims court. If anyone contacts me directly I'm happy to provide evidence of this or more detail.
