I recently bought a car from here & can’t rate the service we received highly enough. We dealt with Ben at the initial visit & pointed out that the front tyres were getting low on tread & we’re told it would be looked at during mot & they actually replaced all 4 tyres at no cost to us . The car had a full service & 12 months mot at no cost to us . We met Steve & Ben at pick up & the car was immaculate & we’re absolutely delighted with it . Fantastic service & excellent quality . Would definitely recommend them in the future .
I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a car from here. I had a couple of cars I wanted to look at when I went but they showed me another car they had that wasn't on the website yet that was significantly below the budget I had given them. They carried out all the work they advertise (pre sale MOT etc) and fixed the few things they pointed out needed doing (for example the trim around the door need fixing back on). After I had paid a deposit I realised that this car had a wet belt that should've been replaced a few years before. I contacted Steve, he checked and it hadn't been so they replaced that to at no extra cost to me. After pickup I unfortunately noticed the car was leaking oil (obviously linked to the work done replacing the timing belt) so I contacted them and it was taken back to be fixed. The only negative was that is happened around the 22nd of December so they couldn't do anything until the new year and they didn't have a courtesy car available for me during that time. Despite this I will definitely go to them first when/if I need another secondhand car.
Thought they were honest however my 17 year old daughters car should never have passed it's mot, last year. Rotted, corroded metal that was dangerous and the car was most definitely not road worthy, this did not happen overnight ! Have tried to contact you with no response. Please be careful if you are thinking of buying from here.
Bought my son his first car from here, Ben initially dealt with the enquiry and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was very honest about the cars and not pushy at all. All serviced and MOT'd before we collected it. Dealt with Steve on collection and was also very helpful. My son loves the car! Great friendly and helpful garage would definitely recommend and use them again.
Recently bought a car for my girlfriend from this dealership. I met Steve to look at the car and buy it, then I met Ben when I picked it up. On both occasions they immediately went into the history of the business and you could see the pride they have in their service. The car was perfect, exactly what I wanted, at I'll be honest, below market price and I got a fair price for my trade in. They agreed to prep the car to my requirements and covered all the costs. Whole process was done in about 20 minutes Was ready to pick up exactly when they said it would be. The work I asked for was carried out to the letter. Girlfriend loves her new car. It's quite obvious to me that these guys aren't after a quick buck, they're looking for loyal customers. If you're nervous when buying from a dealership and you are reading this, trust me your worries are over. Thanks guys. 10/10
When I first bought Kia, we were unable to open passenger door which we noticed on collection. After that I have had problem after problem. It has had new spark plugs, cat converter, new battery and coil pack. Some repairs done by Bidford and some paid for privately. I’ve had the car 4 months and got car tested as steering wheel felt funny and brakes kept squealing. The diagnostic confirmed I needed a new steering wheel bush and clutch sensor. I took it back to Bidford who told me the brakes were just dusty and the steering wheel was fine. A day later the steering wheel is still playing up and the brakes louder than ever. I had the car checked again and was informed the steering wheel needed doing and the brakes were lipped and needed replacing. I have now sold the car to someone prepared to do the work and I’m without a car. I’ve lost around \xa31800 as a result. I feel like I’ve been fobbed off. This is the worst experience I’ve had when buying a car.
