I have never had service like this, I have now phoned 5 times about the Porsche Taycan initially I got good feedback from Sarah, but as I explained the distance was a problem for the change over as they were buying my car, as I was going on holiday for a week I decided to leave it and pick it up when I home . I emailed to ask if the car was still available, Christopher sent me a video , and I sent an reply asking about the deal and if we could come to an agreement about delivery and pick up, also about battery life, I got a missed call yesterday, tried to reply straight away, no answer, then I have also emailed to see if they received my emails, also phoned and spoke to the receptionist, who assured me my enquiry would be passed on to Christopher and I have still not had any response.
