I have recently bought a car from Ben the whole process was great , ben and his team are very informative and friendly with a non pushy sales approach we had an un rushed time viewing, asking questions and test driving. I was given a good deal in whole and took my current car px making the process that much easier I would highly recommend Ben Harrison and would return in the future.

Really happy with our purchase from Ben Harrison. The dealership were professional, efficient, really knowledgable and explained all the details and features in such a great way so that i could leave feeling confident in the vehicle. Purchased a bmw off them a few months ago, car was nice but it only came with 4 months mot. Just taken it to have a new mot and it failed on 3 things, one of which is severe corrosion to most of the underside but they wont do anything to help at all, claiming it is outside of 30 days so they dont legally have to help. I only live in Wareham so not even 20 minutes away from them. I had a nice experience with them when they wanted to sell the car but now they dont want to know and bringing legal stuff into it, I just wanted them to be good people and help a bit seeing as I havent had the car long but theyre saying about not needing to help as its over 30 days. Real shame
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Possibly the worst buying experience I've had to date, dont know where to begin. First of all their 'forecourt' is basically a farm with some sheds on it, cars covered in dust, staff absolutely useless and all in mufty clothes, dont know who is who or who even works there. Went to buy a car and asked about some very common issues on the car and they didn't know anything about them and tried to tell me I was wrong and that the rattling noise was normal. A 5 minute google search in the car park showed I was exactly right. Ended up leaving the car there and glad I did as I have spoken to another garage in Dorchester since who said they haven't got a clue what theyre doing. Save yourself the time and future expenses!!
