Bought my daughters first car from these guys (Toyota aygo) and will 1000% be going back for my sons first car. Quite possibly the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. It's hard to find a car dealer with integrity and these guys break the mould. Couldn't recommend any higher
I bought a 2011 ford focus from this garage a few weeks ago, they were very helpful and had the oil changed and a new air filter. A few weeks after i had a problem with my clutch (not usually covered under warranty) and it needed to be replaced, and they were very kind and fixed it free of charge. Would definitely recommend and would happily go back again in the future.
We had made a few enquiries to this dealer. I had called the day before to arrange to view 2 vehicles. As the dealer was around 2 hours away, I asked to be updated should anything sell, which they agreed to. We arrived to find out one of those vehicles had been sold and was told \u201cI am not able to reserve 2 vehicles for you\u201d, which isn\u2019t what we asked but to be kept updated. Luckily the other vehicle was still available, which we liked so the offer was made and we left with the vehicle. Throughout the whole process, there were difficulties with and the lack of communication. And also make sure you don\u2019t arrive near to closing as they are very reluctant to spend a little more time if it results in a sale.
Booked a viewing the day before and drove 3 hours to get there. Whilst inspecting the underside of the vehicle the dealer came over and made us feel as though we shouldn't have done that. Asked for a test drive and had to satisfy the dealer that we were serious buyera before he agreed (despite the long journey). Made an offer at 330pm on a friday afternoon but unfortunately dealer had already clocked off despite advertised closing time of 6pm. Not the best service.
I phoned & made an appointment with Isaac. He was so helpful. It was raining & he allowed me to drive round the business park. There was no pressure. So different from the Shoreham dealer who sold me a car 2 days after an accident which could have killed me & my dog. Isaac was patient. I would recommend Bee Bee to anyone who needs help in buying a used car
