Visted BAV Motors LTD yesterday to enquire about purchasing one of their cars. Alex and the Staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn't be more helpful. Their attention to detail and knowledge was refreshing. They also offered us a really good price on our P/X. Would definitely recommend!
I couldn't rate this garage any more highly. Recently bought an Audi A7 from the Blag family and they are top class! Initially engaged with Alex and the communications was great. BAV offered me a very reasonable price as a part ex on my car and were clearly very knowledgeable on the cars that they sell. The purchasing process was smooth and pain free - no drama. In the first week of ownership I unfortunately had an issue with the AdBlue system, not anything that could have been predicted by BAV, but I was supported by Alex and Tudor in getting the issue looked and and fixed promptly - with a curtesy car provided and even dropped the A7 back to me after the repair. Do not hesitate buying from these guys. They truly are a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who will listen, and also keeping and eye on their future stock for any potential car replacements down the road (much to my wife's dismay!)

We had been looking for a mini Cooper\u2026 We had been looking for a mini Cooper Auto for some time and all were over 100 miles away. We found a very clean and reasonable mileage (58000) on a 10 plate Mini Cooper at BAV - attended and dealt with Tudor throughout the process of buying the car and arranging part exchange with my wives older (one owner since new 52 plate) Mini Cooper. Tudor was knowledgeable, attentive, and very fair in arranging a full MOT and Repairs and Service on our new car. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish and I would 100% recommend using B.A.V for any used car purchasing and servicing in the future. 10/10 Update - there was a small mechanical issue and BAV went above and beyond what I expected to remedy the issue. (Overhauled and replaced Oil sump gasket, replaced oil switch and sensors and checked everything to ensure the fault was rectified) If we ever need another car I will definitely be back - look forward to using them again regarding servicing when required. 5 Star Service Steve & Annie
I highly recommend BAV Motors and Alex. I first met Alex about 6 years ago when I bought my Audi A6 from him. He offered me an amazing deal and over the years I\u2019ve had absolutely no issues with the car. I travelled with it across many cities in Europe and it was always reliable, never giving me a single problem. A couple of years later, I decided to change the Audi and purchased a Range Rover Vogue from the same garage. My wife still drives it today and again, the car has been fantastic. We also travelled with the Range Rover across several European cities and, just like the Audi, it has been completely trouble-free. The car had great mileage, excellent options, and Alex delivered it fully checked, polished, and freshly washed. Just three days ago, I returned once again and bought a BMW 7 Series from Alex. The deal he offered me this time was incredible. Initially, I was planning to trade in the Range Rover, but the offer was so good that I ended up keeping both cars! What I really appreciate is that the moment you step into the yard, you can see this is a genuine family business. It\u2019s not a temporary operation or someone trying to make quick money. Alex works together with his brother and father, and they are mechanics as well, which is a huge advantage for customers. It gives you real confidence that the cars are properly checked and prepared. This is exactly why I felt completely comfortable buying my third car from them, and why I wouldn\u2019t even consider looking at other dealers. Brought a car from this garage today and what a very pleasant experience it was as well. From the very first phone call to the first meeting and test drive and then the final payment and collection was just one of the best car buying experiences I\u2019ve had.
