I bought a van from BCS to replace my old work van/camper. I need it to go up and down the country and be reliable so I went for a very low miles MK7 Transit. The van basically drives like a new one at those miles obviously, but these lads have been a cut above with the service. I was a bit nervous doing this van cause it was decent money (for my wallet anyway - more than I've ever spent by a long way) and then a boatload to convert it so I can sleep in it while working, but what convinced me on buying from BCS (apart from them being polite and helpful, etc) was the reviews on Google saying they'd had an issue and it had been taken care of with no fuss under warranty. And that was exactly my experience. I'm extremely pleased I bought from them and wil buy for life from here every time I need a vehicle. The crank pulley went on mine (this particular engine is known for em going. No one's fault and not the end of the world, but still makes the van undrivable really) within the warranty period and a quick phone call was all it took - sorted. In a world where we're all sick of being pissed about by any kind of trade or service you can think of, it was a right relief to have that taken care of so easily. Will 100% be back and 100% recommend.
I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and by far this purchase tops the list ... A huge thanks to Wayne and his team for a hassle free deal ... HONESTLY amazing customer service, polite, helpful with any requests you need on a potential purchase ..I was 4 hours from Wayne and anything I needed for reassurance on vehicle was sent promptly , even collected me from the train station.... I would from my dealings with Wayne highly recommended him and his team good stock , no messing about ,honest and up front which in my experience over the years a lot of dealers could learn a thing or two from these guys.... its not been a day since my purchase and Wayne has already text to ask if there were any issues and to not hesitate to contact him top class \U0001f44f \U0001f44c...

I don\u2019t recommend buying a van from here because I have bought a van that didn\u2019t work properly. I took it to get it fixed but I got the van back after 1 week with the same problems. Everything happened in 3 weeks I went to get my money back and they started shouting that we aren\u2019t going to get my money back their behaviour was unacceptable. They also insulted me and telling me I am a gypsy. Now I am trying to get them to court . So be careful where you buy your vans from but I really don\u2019t recommend buying from here .
