Huge thanks to Steve for making buying a used car an absolute doddle. You couldn't ask for better customer service. We were ready to take the car ,as is, but Steve asked us to leave it a few days to put a full MOT & service on it. Good old fashioned customer care & we are thrilled with our Citroen Picasso. Many thanks .
We bought our Peugeot 308 from Steve at the start of April. He was absolutely fantastic letting us look at all the cars and ask as many questions as we liked. He accepted our Toyota aygo as a trade in which gave us money off our new car. The finance forms were quickly filled out, and Close Brothers Motor Finance had called us within an hour and accepted us! Our Peugeot came with a full service and a new cambelt before we collected it. Sadly, within the first day the engine light came on. We informed Steve and he quickly ensured he would fix it. We had our car back within a few days, they had to fix a sensor issue, this was fixed for free due to our 3 months warranty that was given. Overall we found the whole experience fantastic and very easy. We are planning on going back for our next car in a few years when we fancy an upgrade! We really can\u2019t thank Steve and his team enough for their services.
I\u2019m so glad I bought my lovely Vauxhall Corsa from Auto Tecnics. There was no pressure selling, just friendly customer service from the start from Steve. Several people I know had recommended them and they were right. Steve said \u2018we\u2019ll look after you\u2019 and they have. My Corsa is high spec for the (very good) price, and came with a new MOT and Full Service. I love it! After care response to queries has also been excellent. Highly recommended!

Visited these guys on the Monday following a recommendation and got a full tour of all the cars that fitted the description of what I was after. With no pushy sales pitches and excellent customer service Steve gave a full breakdown on each car that we looked at. After settling on the car, everything moved seamlessly, as if it was a dream. If I am, please don\u2019t wake me up!
