Cannot fault Auto Lab , gave a fair price no messing about, transparent and prompt with funds transfer, Iky (our driver who handled the Car) was a total professional, I would have no hesitation using Auto Lab for a purchase or sale and I’m happy to confirm this personally with anyone who may be considering using their services.

I came across AutoLab while searching the internet for any Audi A8’s for sale. They had one in stock and I arranged to go see it which meant crossing the border from Yorkshire into Lancashire.. undaunted I made the trip and I’m glad I did. The car was really well presented and there was no pressure sales tactics.. if you like what you see you buy it, if you don’t you don’t! Adam sorted everything out re paperwork and within a week I was back to pick it up having sold my older A8 meantime. I’ll enjoy my new car for a year or three and will definitely look up AutoLab again when it comes to changing time again..

Vehicle presented in really perfect condition. Staff friendly, helped with explanation of controls etc. All paperwork exchange sorted although I did not receive V5 back, not necessarily attributing this to you but I have had to apply for new one. All considered really happy with my new Defender and service, good luck lads

I purchased my new Defender in August 25 and from start to finish Autolab were brilliant. A great selection of options, customer service and personal touch was excellent. This is exactly how buying a car should be ! The best cars, professional service. Had what we thought was an issue the car "occasional knocking sound" . Got taken back into autolab, wasn't able to find anything wrong. We could still hear this noise so for peace of mind they told us to go to a garage of our choice for a second opinion. We had it confirmed by a specialist, it is a perfect car and it couldn't be faulted, it was as if it was a brand new car extremely well looked after. It's Just heavy car that makes noises occasionally. We are amazed how well Adam looked after us !. Have no doubts about this place it's the real deal !.

I am giving Auto Lab a 5-star rating. I purchased a Range Rover Vogue PHEV from Auto Lab just over 2 weeks ago, and I couldn't fault the service I got. All my queries, no matter the time, where answered promptly. Right from my initial online contact to delivery, the experience was superb. I bought the car without visiting the showroom. Car exactly as described and drives beautifully. To top it all, they offered the best PCP deal I could get. I would certainly be returning in 4-years again for my next purchase.
