I am updating my original review to warn others. Shortly after buying a Jaguar XE here, it developed a severe engine vibration and low oil pressure faults. I reported this in January, but the dealer completely ghosted me and refused to help under the Consumer Rights Act. To avoid paying, they later tried to falsely blame the internal engine issue on a completely unrelated minor external bump from March. I\u2019ve just had to pay an huge sum out of my own pocket to an RAC-Approved garage to fix it. They confirmed it was a failed internal Piston Cooling Jet Solenoid and worn engine mounts\u2014pre-existing mechanical wear that was there when I bought it.
I contacted this dealership through eBay with serious intention to purchase a \xa313,000 car and simply asked when it would be possible to view it. They called me, and during that conversation I asked for the engine code. Afterwards, I received plenty of information and photos through messages except for the one thing I actually requested. I asked again. Instead of simply sending the information, they called me again and started questioning why I needed the engine code. While I was trying to explain, I was told \u201cI\u2019m not a mechanic, I don\u2019t know how to check that,\u201d and the phone was hung up on me. I tried calling back but my calls were rejected. I then sent another message explaining again why I needed the information and that if they could not find the engine code, the VIN/chassis number would also be enough for me. I was told the information would be sent within 10 minutes. Instead, an hour later, they tried calling me twice again despite me already explaining earlier that I was currently working and could not freely take calls. I called them back during my work break. I was told \u201cmy colleague will call you back in 5 minutes,\u201d and the phone was immediately hung up without even a goodbye. At that point, I completely lost patience. Tomorrow I will go and view another car from someone who has no problem accepting \xa313,000 in cash without turning a simple request into unnecessary drama. If you are an employee, I would fire you immediately. If you are the owner, then I honestly would not even buy a bicycle from someone this arrogant, impatient, and unprofessional. P.S. I am not your \u201cbrother.\u201d
Recently bought a car from Audenshaw Motors and I couldn\u2019t be happier with the experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and never put any pressure on me at all. They answered all my questions honestly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The car was in excellent condition exactly as described, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I would definitely recommend Audenshaw Motors to anyone looking for a reliable car and great customer service. Five stars!
Wide selection of cars, came to see a BMW 5 series, was excellent, very clean and presented well. Adam was very helpful, let us inspect and test drive the car. We opted in for the additional warranty. Did all relevant paperwork and drove away. Will definitely be back for our next car
