I am actually blown away by the excellent customer service at this centre. I booked my car in for a service and Chloe just went above and beyond throughout, my car was picked up from my home and delivered back to me which was amazing, Chloe kept in contact with me throughout and i got a video of my car being checked during the service which i thought was a great touch. I will never use another Porsche centre again as their customer service doesn’t come close to Porsche Wilmslow. I was made to feel like a very valued customer by Chloe and the lady who answers the phone is always lovely. Thank you Porsche centre Wilmslow.
This service deserves 0 stars. I attended Mercedes Southend for a planned repair. On ringing Mercedes to book the repair, the first thing you hear over the phone is that people are being given parking fines and if you receive one, to email them. I attended Mercedes. As there were no free spaces, I parked outside the showroom, as I have done before and entered to hand over my keys. On entering I was informed that I would probably get a parking fine (unable to park anywhere else). I was advised to take a copy of information on the wall regarding whom to email if a parking fine was given. A few days later I received a fine. I then emailed Stratstone with a photo of the parking ticket. I asked for a reply to my email so that I was aware that it had been received. Over 1 week I received nothing. I phoned Mercedes on 2 occasions. Staff were unhelpful. One even said that they would look into it and get back to me. However they had not asked for my name until I mentioned that. Needless to say I have heard nothing. After 5 days of not receiving a reply to 2 emails and 2 phone calls, I have paid the £60 fine. I still have not heard anything from Mercedes. Please be aware if you attend Mercedes Southend
Poor experience - I specifically spoke to the dealership to ask about warranty repair terms for a broken down vehicle and was told that the vehicle could be taken to any approved Porsche garage for diagnostics. On having this done at my own cost, I was told that a warranty repair could not be undertaken without bringing the (undriveable) vehicle to Porsche Cambridge - and that I would have to get the vehicle towed there at my own expense. This was particularly galling after I specifically checked this in advance of having the vehicle recovered to the alternative garage closer to my house. A courtesy car was not provided. Communication was awful, with multiple assurances that I would be called back straight away but nothing heard for days. At one point I was told that the dealership didn’t know where my car was – had it been sent to Royston?! In the second week they seemed to get a better grip on things and communication was better, although I was given hope that the vehicle would be ready on Tuesday but this was delayed to Thursday. Could do better.
My car was meant to be ready for collection between 24-48Hrs. I called repeatedly within 24HRs to know if it would be ready same day in other to plan alternative means to travel to work but couldn’t get them to be definite I eventually reached the booking team who then assured me that someone would call me back for update, guess what… No one did! even after repeatedly trying over and over again, nothing changed. I only got a call back after the car was ready for collection after 48HRs
