We will NOT be buying a car in the future from Andy or Aspire Vehicles. Purchased a car back on NYE and we’ve had nothing but trouble since. Engine light came on within a couple of days, they told me to take it to a garage they reccomended - they told me something wasnt screwed on right, took engine light off. Driving back from there…engine light back on. Andy took the car back and took it into a garage who he claimed was ‘amazing but expensive’ (fitch auto’s) Just a blockage apparently and the car was then returned. Since then the car has a major engine oil leak, brake’s worn, thick soot is present and unclear where the issue is due to the total mess under the car. After RAC, local mechanics etc have looked at it, their advice is to get rid of the death on wheels i’ve purchased. After looking further into the car’s history the MOT’s now seem to be dodgy and not convinced advisories were done before sale dating back to 2024. You may think they’re a nice bunch, however do yourself a favour and a lot of money and stay clear.
Over the moon with the service we have received from Andy at Aspire. Have always be wary of car garages due to hearing horror stories, but can honestly say that we felt in completely safe hands with Andy. So helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a lovely Hyundai Tucson at a fabulous price! Couldn’t recommend Aspire highly enough!! Thank you :)
I recently bought a new car from Aspire Vehicles Ltd and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Andy was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Especially impressed with the preparation of the car when I came to pick it up. Would definitely recommend.
Worst experience with a car ever. Noticed some issues within a week of having g the car including an engine oil light reappearing even though oil had been topped up and a shaky pull off (possibly clutch). They put me in touch with their evolution warranties. Took to their approved garage after weeks of rearrangements and was told needs a new clutch and that they need to get it approved from evolution first. Weeks went by and I chased the garage to be told to bring it back in and leave it with them. I chased as never heard anything g back to be told evolution had now mot approved the repairs (they had approved it supposedly to start with or I wouldn’t have e dropped the vehicle off in the first place) contacted the useless evolution team to be told it isn’t covered as it’s the way I have driven the vehicle (the signs were within a week of purchase but they caused all these delays as above to this point). I didn’t get the oil issue sorted through them or the clutch. The warranty is worthless and the garage just don’t want to know. Sold a useless car knowingly and I fell for the nice guy act. On top of all this have recently noticed the paperwork in the manuals (that was told was all the service history when I was in the sales office) wasn’t any service history at all. No service history at all on the vehicle although I was told it is all there. WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING ANYTHING, LET ALONE A CAR - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Really disappointed more so with myself for falling for the sales charm Thought I bought a decent motor and was happy with it after I took the car away noticed clutch issues - like other reviews have said - when trying to deal with after sales did everything in their power to not to solve the issue When I went to sell the car noticed not even a service history - my own fault again for believing the man when he said it was all up to date- Put me off buying a car as a female alone unfortunately It's a shame any negative feedback is seen as a fake review - very much a real experience and one garage to avoid
Dealt with Andy over the phone earlier in the week — he was friendly, professional, and made reserving the car really easy. We travelled quite a way to collect it, and the car was waiting for us, spotless and exactly as described. The whole process was seamless, everything explained clearly, and even half a tank of fuel included — a rare touch! Couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Andy and the team at Aspire Cars!
