Fantastic customer service from Andrew F in the Bolton branch. I highly recommend Andrew no daft questions had were to much he spend the time explaining everything and nothing was to much. I love my new car and even managed to add in the purple colour I wanted Thank you so much 😊
I picked my car myself online and also organised my own finance, my car was at Arnold clark MG Bishopbriggs Glasgow. My sales assistant was Sandy I arrived for my appointment and was offered a hot or cold drink, I thought isnt this nice. It was a little after my appointment time and I was going my test drive ,it seemed to be an inconvenience that I asked for a test drive, once we got back to the branch I was asked to take a seat that the last wee bit might take up to an hour. Two hours later I was told things where finally ready to sign. Bear in mind I done all the work myself finding my car and organising my own finance the sales assistant asked me to give him 5 stars reviews, he called me on the Monday and reminded me to do this review so zi did and stupidly I gave 5 stars as 1 week later my car has broken down and when I called the sales assistant he gave me a number to call and when I called that number I was basically told they couldn't help me so I called Sandy back and he basically told me he wont do anything more for me. I felt so pushed aside and anxious. I called back the 60 day warranty team and spoke to a lovely man called Stephen who could tell I was upset and anxious and made me feel heard and he told me the Aa where coming to have a look and if they couldn't fix it they would lift the car to a garage. The Aa didn't arive for over 24 hours just to tell me he already knew he wouldn't be able to fix it and I have to phone yet another number on Monday. I have a new disability and bought the car as I now need an automatic and my 1st trip out by myself with my toddler my car breaks down causing my anxiety to sore. It shouldn't be this hard to get my car fixed
