I am indeed pleased with the vehicle and the product consultant Mr Adam was a shoulder to lean on even when I didn't come physically to see the vehicle the virtual mode was done and exactly so cool when delivery was done by Arnold Clark i will recommend Arnold Clark team to customer that wants to buy vehicles with finance even with poor credit score
Ordered vehicle and signed order agreement, however upon arrival to collect I was presented with an updated agreement for £500 more. When I pointed out the error I was told the price on the order form and on the app was correct, and needed to sign the updated agreement to take the vehicle.
A very relaxed approach from the salesman, not being too pushy. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. With a selection of franchises under the one roof it helped with our decision-making as we could easily compare the brands. The price of the car was comptetitive,
