What can I say, went to AC Birtley with my lovely wife just to look at cars and get some inspiration. From arriving on site, found David Woodward to be inspirational in helping my wife to make a decision about suitable car, looking at boot sizes for walking frames and many other helpful ideas and support. He gave his undivided attention into listening to what we wanted, but even after I was adamant about my current vehicle being okay and being finance free, he did not push. He accepted the px amount with a small alteration and put finance in place. Even when the small finance failed, he did not give up and listened to ideas. This eventually led to my wife becoming the proud owner of a nearly new Nissan Xtrail. I must say it was a good choice, drives lovely and held up all the statements he made about it. David, Julie and me are grateful you persevered , your advice was spot on and your drive and support achieved your goal but also showed how pleasant the experience can be, even through difficult situations. I had a terrible experience when both my partner and I went to collect our new car it took 4hours in the show room . the sales person Pamela was so nice but the whole situation with information not being on the computer waiting for codes coming through she got no support from anyone at the time when we were there . Sadly when cars where brought to us the were not clean for to brand new cars both my self and partner have bought all our cars from the same garage . But we were both very angry and sad with the whole situation. We never even got showed around the cars . This is the first time we have bought electric cars we are not even sure how to get apps connected to book in to charge cars . As we don’t have home chargers fitted yet . Very disappointing
Went to AC Birtley to just look at cars to meet a specific purpose. David Woodward was really helpful and not pushy. Even though I was set on not buying my wife saw a vehicle, that I agreed may be beneficial. Got more or less the asking px price from AC and applied for small bridging loan for difference for the newer car. Finance was problematic but David understood, reassured and stood by us, even considering other ways. The latter was chosen path, the boss (wifey) raised the funds from savings and we ended up taking a lovely car, with no finance owed. This please both of us but would not have been possible if David had not been such a support to both of us, even putting up with me being stubborn and insisting my current car was fine. Cheers David, you made her day and I have to admit, a lovely car to drive.
A part of the car's body color is different, because when I checked the car is not sunny day. When I went back to ask the manager, what the hell he is so angry to say the manufacturer come like that way. No solution and walk away. I was so stupid and believe the product consultants in Bishopbriggs
