Great experience. I always use this company always have always will. Jake from Preston was fantastic. Wish I could remember the Hamilton Road click and collect boys name. He was amazing! Done everything possible and made sure I was happy he is definitely an asset to the company, made the handover so smooth and me feel so at ease I’d give extra stars just for him.
Rueben my product consultant was very helpful. I came to him with an idea of what I would like, he offered me whatever he thought I would like in the lot. He kept me in mind and sent me anything he thought would be a good purchase considering my circumstances. I shopped around with a few garages and rueben was the most helpful and sold me the car in the end.
This was our first purchase of a PHEV and I was slightly apprehensive - but Dom and the rest of the team really explained and sold all the benefits of getting the Tiggo8. The car is going great so far and the after sales has been great for any questions which arose. The car is amazing value - nothing in the price bracket comes close and the 7 year warranty means any issues will be covered by the manufacturer.
