Excellent experience from start to finish. The buying process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were professional, polite, and very helpful. My car was delivered in pristine condition, and the financial side was explained clearly with total transparency. Highly recommend Arnold Clark for their efficient and stress-free service
My Wife purchased a car from Arnold Clark, Shrewsbury, a couple of weeks before I got mine. We were only window shopping but they had exactly what she wanted at the right price. The Consultant, Tom N-H, was extremely professional and very likeable. There was no pushiness, just simple explanations, helpful and informative answers to questions and a bit of good-natured banter which really broke the ice and made us feel comfortable. I was also looking for a new car and already had my eye on a couple from other dealers a bit closer to home, but I wasn’t in the position to buy right at that particular time. Because of our previous experience with Tom, I’d decided to wait a bit to see if the right car came up that I could get through him. We had to call in again to tidy up a minor paperwork issue and I left with a new car, every bit as happy and satisfied as I’d been a couple of weeks earlier with the Wife. They say people buy people rather than products and Tom created a first rate impression straight away, and the Shrewsbury Dealership as a whole deserves the excellent reviews that it has. Their Servicing & MOT package is the best one I’ve come across whilst shopping around.
Simon was our contact throughout the the whole process of purchasing my son's first ever car. Professionally courteous, he wa able to answer any question posed. The car was cleaned and a minor interior repair had been made. A nice touch was the red bow on the windscreen, as well as the illuminated 'Happy New Car Day' sign on Simon's desk. A day to remember. And Simon helped make it a lovely and memorable event.
