I picked up my new car from Arnold Clark and honestly, the whole experience was spot on from start to finish. No pressure, no sales nonsense, just straight-up good service. Everything was explained clearly, and the handover felt genuinely special rather than rushed. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The car was immaculate when I collected it, and they made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove away. Big purchase, big moment—and they got it right. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! As a special call out, Dan O has been an absolute legend and the team are lucky to have him onboard. Great experience. I always use this company always have always will. Jake from Preston was fantastic. Wish I could remember the Hamilton Road click and collect boys name. He was amazing! Done everything possible and made sure I was happy he is definitely an asset to the company, made the handover so smooth and me feel so at ease I’d give extra stars just for him.
