I had a fantastic and and stress free experience from Arnold Clark SIlverlink, Newcastle during the purchase of my new Citroen e:C5. My assigned Product Consultant, Rachael ensured that I understood all vehicle options available, and explained all aspects of the ordering, manufacturing and purchase process. Rachael is an excellent communicator, and even though I was not available to take calls during the business day she made sure to contact me out of hours to keep me updated.
