Great customer service from Alex, always keeping in touch with updates and progress when she had information. Easy to get in touch with whoever you need. Cars generally cleaned to a high standard, although no new car smell. Show room was a little bit on the cold side bet that was due to issues with heating.
This is the 5th car we’ve purchased but the 1st from Arnold Clark. The service we received from Karim at Vauxhall in Stoke was great. He wasn’t too pushy but remained professional and informative throughout the whole process. We requested for some body work to be done on the car before we collected it and this was done to a high standard. Karim kept us informed along each step of the purchase and my husband and I drove away feeling really pleased with the service we received and with the car. The Arnold Clark app is great, it’s easy to use and has all the information on it for future reference. We were informed of all additional packages we could purchase to protect the car over the next few years, and we weren’t pushed into buying any that we didn’t want. We will definitely be returning to them in the future.
I went to Kilbowie Road and was treated with respect and kindness. I think the car I originally had in mind was perhaps not what I needed and would perhaps not suited my lifestyle or budget. Instead of outright telling me, Brian guided me to look at alternatives and I could not be happier with the car that I have, it meets all my needs right down to the cup holders. This took 5 weeks but never did I feel that I was not important or rushed into a purchase. Each time I called or visited I was treated with respect and made welcome. The app was great too, I would check it to see all the cars and see if they met my needs and read all the information. This helped me get an idea of what my budget could afford. I am extremely grateful for the patience shown to me and for the expertise of Brian in helping me find a car that ticks every box and is a pleasure to drive.
I came to look at what was available, it was time to change my ageing (nit too gracefully) Peugeot 108. Never did I anticipate driving away the same day in a rather lovely MG HS. Jamie was professional and knew all about the vehicle owing one himself and couldn’t praise it enough. We took the car for a test drive and I was sold. Jamie contacted the finance company and got me a deal I was happy with. I opted to add the Arnold Clark 2 year MOT and service option, there was also MG warranty until 2031 gives me care free driving for my 4 year contract. I really can’t thank or recommend Jamie and the guys at Arnold Clark Doncaster enough.
Lied from day one .....messed about for a week....eventually got car ....did exchange with different lad from making the order. Eldis very helpfull after being left to sort George white mess out.....becky on the reception very helpfull and polite.....George white not impressed with ...should of been straight from day one....
Dan(Chesterfield branch) helped me find my dream car, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely a really nice guy to deal with. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I felt well looked after throughout, and even when there was a last-minute hiccup, Dan went above and beyond to sort everything out. His help and dedication really made a difference. I can’t thank him enough. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car.
