Was given reg number prior to collection so we could insure the car but wrong reg was on car so drove it home with no valid insurance , told a full charge would be on car also but on 71 miles, also charged £199 for delivery despite this being our 12th car from Arnold Clark, very poor service, have sent an email of complaint but no acknowledgement as of yet
This was my first time buying my very own car and Arnaldo made it a very special and easy experience. His knowledge and strong work ethic made me feel super confident and relaxed. Cannot thank him enough for all his extraordinary efforts to have the car ready for me within the timeframe that I needed it. He was giving me updates as and when needed, and made the experience of collecting the car super special and exciting! A special thanks to all the team at VW, from management to vehicle progressors, admin, etc, for all their efforts and professionalism. Will be back to see Arnaldo for all my future cars, thank you for all your care.
