Product Consultant David and manager Stuart at AC Mercedes Grangemouth have excellent customer service skills and knowledge. I had a few issues with my new purchase but as I write they are being rectified without any hassle or any of the general/usual negativity that sometimes surrounds these types of transactions. Overall good experience so far with AC Mercedes Grangemouth team and will flip review to 5 stars once all issues relating to my new vehicle have been resolved.
My experience with one Arnold Clark was one I don’t want to live again. manager checked my car and came in asking how I got petrol in my car, in which was told in previous visit was told it needed to be replaced. My friends son at a look at it and fixed it in 5seconds with no tools but his hands. I ended up in another Arnold Clark in which I bought my present car
