Gordon Cross, was the first sales representative my wife and I spoke to, quite early on a Saturday morning, his experience, and,easy, pleasant manners, compelled us to check vehicles for sale at branch. Ultimately, we purchased a vehicle, and Gordon was there, every step of our car purchasing journey, even offering to help with dvla paperwork. A definite credit to hospital company, and, Ultimately, especially if an older customer, someone to be trusted.
My Product Consultant/Motability Specialist, Mr Jamie Wray, was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and professional throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, and I thought his great enthusiasm and knowledge of the vehicle I was about to purchase was exceptional. Jamie gave me a most insightful and detailed practical demonstration before I drove off which immediately put my nerves at rest. Thank you.
