Really disappointed,we've purchased from Arnold Clark before and have always been happy with their service.Sadly not this time.We bought a car from Arnold Clark Glasgow on Click n Collect supposedly 7 days delivery as it's our daughters work car so needed it asap.Waited ,eventually after 10 days and phone calls it was delivered to Liverpool.Driving home 10 minutes into driving the red light was on and the car was not happy.The following day we rang Glasgow who contacted our local Arnold Clark in Prenton to look at it in 3 days time.They told us it needed new rear brakes and after working on the car it also needed front brakes.So it's over 3 weeks now and still no car! Trying to complain is an uphill battle just speak to various people with no response!Even the registration document is registered in the wrong name!Extremely poor service

This click and collect system is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a car from the Wakefield branch and asked for it to be delivered to the Glasgow branch. I was assured by the Wakefield branch that the car was en route and would be in Glasgow within two days, so due by Thursday latest. I called the Glasgow branch 2 days later only to be told the vehicle hadn't arrived. To make matters worse, the service in Glasgow appears to be a one man operation and the person was taking a long weekend off so there was no-one there to complete the deal until the Tuesday. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this service.
