I just called in to Arnold Clark to look at cars as my finance deal was coming to an end and I was unsure what I wanted next. I was so impressed with the salesman and his knowledge of the products that I arranged a test drive for the next day and purchased my new car. The whole service from start to finish was excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to buy their new vehicle from Arnold Clark.
Worst Customer service Worst Customer service It's been 4 months now and there is still no permanent solution. I think this is going to happen again. When I talked to them, they said it was a Jeep manufacturing defect. Bad service experience, not responsible, bad communication Jeep company and Arnold Clark.
