I sold my car at Ashton Vale Rd, Bristol BS3 2AZ on Saturday, 14/03/2026. I arrived early, and we sat down to go through the terms and conditions. The nice gentleman, who had a rough start to his day, was great. He appraised my vehicle and came back with a better offer than I expected. All in all, it was great service, and I hope his day improved. Thank you.
Simon really looked after me when I went to buy a car. He listened to what I wanted never pressured me. Took time to explain everything and kept in contact with me while I waited to be accepted for finance. I went away happy will be coming back when I want to upgrade my car
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Arnold Clark Kia Liverpool As a Motability customer, I emailed on Wednesday 4th March to arrange a test drive of the Kia EV4. I initially received a response from Albana Berisha asking what time suited me. I replied requesting Friday 6th March in the afternoon, but after that, I received no further response. I was then contacted by Jamie Perrin, who again asked whether I was a retail or Motability customer—information I had already provided. After confirming this, I was told my details would be passed to Dave Ramsay, the Motability specialist, who would arrange the test drive. Once again, I heard nothing. So I emailed Dave Ramsay directly and did not receive any reply or even a basic acknowledgement. I also followed up with Jamie Perrin on 11th March to explain that I had still not been contacted regarding a test drive I had been trying to arrange since 4th March—again, no response. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was able to arrange a test drive with Stoneacre Motor Group within 24 hours, so it is difficult to understand why such a straightforward request has been handled so poorly here. This level of communication is simply unacceptable. I have had to repeatedly chase a basic enquiry and have effectively been ignored. As a customer, I would expect a much higher standard of service, not to be passed between staff and then disregarded. Very poor experience overall, and not one I would expect from a company of this size.
