Been a while since I got a new car as mine was written off due to a no fault of m own accident. Arnold Clark on Hamilton Road were just the best and absolutely brilliant getting me the right car. The staff are so friendly and it felt like a family amongst colleagues, Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish and I am one happy customer with my new wheels 🚘
The General Manager of Arnold Clark stoke on trent Mark Crosthwaite has made it impossible for my car to be repaired because I refused to delete my review about Arnold Clark selling me a faulty car with gearbox issue. After emailing for about 6 weeks now he says I'm the one who refused to authorise repair with Nissan while all this time he has been emailing saying he is working on it. He had offered to give me a courtesy car then asked me to delete my review when I said no suddenly the courtesy car was not available he is even delaying my repair because of my review. I'm very disappointed.
