The car is good Promised a full tank when receiving didn’t get it, promised they fill it up to give you that full tank not been down given me my £25 for the fuel that’s built in for every deal, told 3 times to come down on this day to get my mats and not got them 2 weeks now, the lad was cheeky when he put the £25 in my car, whe I said am I being compensated for the the constant trips that wasted my time and fuel, and cheeky to say that the full tank they can’t do now, become a bit of a joke at this point,
Mathew our consultant at Inverness Volvo was absolutely brilliant. It’s because of him and his service provided that we went back to him to purchase our car. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured and all our questions were answered fully. We felt we could trust him completely.
Amazing service from these guys! From start to finish! Can’t recommend enough! Cammy in the office was fantastic and helped us with our buying process, William during the hand over with extremely knowledgeable and explained absolutely everything about the car inside and out before driving off!
