We brought our Chery tiggo 7 from Scotland the staff were very professional the car arrived at click and collect at Newcastle stoke branch looking immaculate condition I have only given four stars due to them not putting the matts in the car that we paid for the dealer did ring and apologise for the mistake we also ordered a water bottle on the Arnold Clark awards but got a coffee cup instead not what I wanted but all in all very pleased with the great deal and loving our new car
Jas was brilliant ad advising and supporting me whilst I was choosing the best deal for a car. He made everything simple and made this process very easy. I have had negative experiences with some car salesmen before but Jas really made me feel listened to and made explained everything clearly.
Sheraz was outstanding. He quickly found the perfect car that matched all my specific needs and provided excellent, efficient service throughout. He was extremely polite, made the whole process smooth, and even offered me a coffee while I waited. Truly superb service. Would recommend to anyone if using Arnold Clark Huddersfield.
