Have to be honest I was apprehensive about buying a new car, as a female walking into a garage on my own was nerve wracking. When approached by the sales consultant I told her the type of car I was interested in and blimey I was blown away, absolutely no pressure, communication was excellent, very professional throughout and her customer service was amazing. I would have no doubts in recommending Arnold Clark Silverlink to any of my friends and family,.
I have purchased lots of cars over many years but this time felt a little rushed and not personal, felt it was all about the sale. At time of collection felt a little preasured and bit disappointed as we were not sure if the car was right for our needs. Deal was OK nothing special. We had finance and everything in place, they even taxed the car before we had seen the car so felt a little pressured to buy. At one point we were walking away from the deal as a comment was made "what im suppose to do with a car that's taxed" we spent a bit more time looking and decided to get the car as we did feel a little bad. We were asked for the free gift that we pre order but didnt have what was requested prior to meeting on the day. My experience with AC is normally postive with odd issue but sorted out. We were not offered any alternative,disappointing. The car its self was good condition, but not to have foot mats on a car I spent nearly 23k on is poor, was told it was company policy to removed and dispose of. This experience has not been good for us and will question future purchases in the future. AC dont seem the the same as before seem more clinical gives us your cash and bye.
