Selling a car Rubbish experience!!! Struggled to find a parking space. Arrived ten minutes early only to be kept waiting and then seen 25 minutes late!! Kept sitting on the sofa not desk. Very little interaction. Not kept informed. The offering price was 2.5k off original quote!!! Insulting. This quote was read out to me on the sofa with others in earshot!! Unbelievable. Very very bad customer experience. Never again!! Just sold it to a trader for £13600!!!
Just purchased a VW Golf R-line 21 plate, we dealt with Thomas & his assistant Ben from Stoke motor store. They were very Professional,and a pleasure to deal with. Everything went smoothly, Ben went out of his way to put fuel in the car before handover which meant a lot to us. Keep it up Arnie would not hesitate to buy from there again.
Terrible After sales . Don't buy off Arnold Clark in morecambe. Bought a 4 year old car and after a week the paint came off the bonnet . And Failed to inform me that it had had 5 owners in that short space of time . I have a brain injury and by the time she had told a ten story of how it belonged to her neighbour and was well looked after , I totally forgot to ask the question. How many owners . Iv rejected the car within 14 days and Now They won't Give me a refund .
Visiting Arnold Clark was a wonderful experience. I decided to change my car in April prior to the lease expiring in September - if I could find another one as nice as my Dacia Duster. I found another one straight away - Renault Captur - I couldn't be happier - it's fabulous. I spoke to Dan (Prenton branch) - he was very friendly and very professional - so yes best decision to have made.
I bought my first car in the 50's from Arnold Clark at their showrorm in Park Road Glasgow. The salesman was Glen Gall. I have bought a number of cars from A.C. over the years so I had no qualms buying a car from them in April, this year. The personnel continue to be very helpful. I would not hesitate to deal with Arnold Clark again.
