Having bought a vehicle from Arnold Clark last year, I was rather disappointed, to say the least, when I was told after about 4,000 miles she needed a new engine. Fortunately the cost of this was fully covered by the extended warranty, so I felt confident in buying another car from them. There was no courtesy car available during the period the car was off the road. As I live in a rural area, this presented me with a problem. However they were very good about giving me lifts too and from the garage which is a good half hours drive a way, so an hour's round trip for the driver. They pulled out all the stops to get me a new engine for my old vehicle. So far, the new car is performing well. So one happy customer. I would recommend.

First of all, you can secure your future car for 99 pounds. Then you get a personal & professional email with a video to familiarise yourself with the vehicle. Then the arrangement to see the vehicle - when you arrive there, you fill in a few details and to our amazment- the keys are beeing given to us and we are happily going for our test drive on our own. That was unexpected! Off we went then...We had a lot of time to inspect the car & something bizarre happened to us! We went to an industrial estate to test the car - and the gate was suddenly closed ! We spent a lot of time there trying to get out! Nobody told us off! Burton-on-Trent Branch, Mr Ranveer Singh - Second to none! Thank you! For all - you- drivers out there: Take notice how many cars you see with "Arnold Clark " sticker on the back window and on number plates. What does that tell you?
