After an awful incident at another garage, leading me to buying a car that I cannot use, I took my colleagues advice and drove down to this garage. As soon as we stepped on to the forecourt I saw the most beautiful jeep - however, it was not practical for me. As we turned to leave- a lovely man came out to ask if we needed any help, I told him exactly what I was looking for, a black SUV with decent miles, and then car was right behind us; we ended up taking the car for a short test drive and fell in love and paid the deposit there and then. The car still needed a service, tyre change, MOT & a clean, but we explained our situation to him, in that we desperately needed this car within 24 hours, and he went that extra mile and made it work, even bringing collection forward an hour so we could be back for the school run. The car is brilliant, no faults and a lovely drive, absolutely sparkling and smells amazing. The next time either of us are on the look out for another car; we will absolutely be back, and will also be recommending this garage to anyone who asks. If I could give a thousand stars I would. I’m so sorry, I can’t remember thr name of the man who helped us, I just know you weren’t Andy and I remember your year of birth \U0001f923 however, Andy was equally as lovely! Thank you both. You’ve literally saved our bacon this week!
I travelled 200 miles to buy a car from this dealer - exact car, spec, colour and price range I was looking for. Andy answered all my questions and sent me a couple of video recordings. I have to say, the whole process was seamless - Sam even picked me up from the hotel I stayed at. There were a few cosmetic scuffs which were also repaired at no charge before my arrival which was great. 3 months later, the car has been faultless after about 2000 miles. Really happy with the service and without doubt would recommend Andy and his team!
We had an amazing experience buying our second-hand car from this dealership. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Before we collected the car, they carried out a fresh MOT, completed a full service, and fixed everything that needed attention, including replacing the air conditioning compressor. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear they wanted the car to be in excellent condition before handing it over. They even provided us with a courtesy car while ours was being prepared, which made the whole process so much easier. When we collected it, the car was spotless, freshly polished, and looked fantastic. It’s rare to find a dealership that goes above and beyond like this. We’re absolutely delighted with our car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. Thank you for such a smooth and stress-free experience!

Doesn’t even deserve one star but can’t post without it. I don’t normally write reviews, but cars are expensive and a gamble at the best of times so it’s always good to know that you’ve got a trustworthy garage. I brought my car here for a full-service, MOT and to get the DPF filter cleaned. Four weeks later, my DPF light is back on along with the engine light. I rang the garage hoping they could look at it considering I have just spent \xa3600 there, instead they charged me to plug it in only to tell me what we already knew. They then suggested I could bring it back at a further cost to plug it in and diagnose the issue --- hang on, isn’t that what you’ve just charged me for? During the MOT, they tightened my hand brake - four weeks later it no longer works. During the service, they changed my oil but re-filled it too high. I have only recently discovered this as a mechanic, clearly a qualified one, has pointed this out to me stating whoever done it has done it wrong. This was extremely frustrating to hear as this can cause extreme engine issues which you would assume a mechanic should know? I mean come on, pretty basic stuff! Like I said, I’m not usually one to write a review. But this garage has shown such a lack of customer service and skill that I feel people should be warned. End of the day, we’ve all got to work and without my car, I don’t get paid. So my final comment is don’t trust this garage until they get a proper mechanic working there!!
I gave this review a lot of thought before writing it as I want to try and prevent others going through the total misery that I did after buying a vehicle from Andy Hall Cars. After 2 separate warranty repairs and 2 trips back to their garage on recovery trucks, I have given up and passed the vehicle to a friend as a ‘project’. Overall, I owned the car for just 6 months and only managed to drive it for 780 miles. I was initially worried when I first received the vehicle after it should have had its pre-sale service. I discovered black carbon build up on the engine, very thick dirty oil and a rusted fuel filter. I ended up by changing this myself. Then, after a short while, the car wouldn’t change gear due to the ABS sensor. Later on, the fuel line blew off. They ‘fixed’ this. A few days later the car then dumped half a tank of diesel over our driveway. The fuel line had broken again gushing fuel all over the electrical line and down the back of the engine. They sent a mechanic around to fix this. However, after warming the car up the next day, it was still leaking fuel. Enough was enough for me. I have now given up. I think that the worst thing to come out of this was the garage trying to blame all of the car’s faults on my replacement fuel filter! They were nice to begin with. They couldn’t do enough when selling me the car. However, they soon showed their true colours with sarcastic remarks and condescending comments. They even said that they had been “really good to me” and that I should have been “very appreciative” that they had repaired the heap of junk that they sold me. Reuploaded review as it somehow disappeared.... And again
