I\u2019ve bought 2 cars from AMD Autos, great experience both times, great cars, excellent customer service, no pressure sales, attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble for Kev\u2026(I pretty much test drove half the stock before I made a decision \U0001f923) Even got a little gift pack as a thank you. Will definitely be my first port of call for my next vehicle. Thank you \U0001f64f\U0001f3fb
After care is shocking, my sister bought a car and paid for extra warrenty, few weeks later the battery was dead, wouldn't sort it so I put a new battery on. Supposedly had a full service before purchase but when I removed air filter to change battery filter looked original never seen one as dirty. Also drivers door didn't shut properly leaving a gap at the top, water had been getting in and the bottom of the door inside was rotten, was told they don't do body repairs. My sister unfortunately didn't see the rust when she bought it but I noticed it straight away. They obviously knew the rot was there but still sold it like that, and if they didn't see the rot then they don't look over their cars very well before selling them.
Travelled 50 miles to view a car having been told condition was good \u201cjust a couple of stone chips\u201d. James forgot to mention the front wing with a quarter inch gap and and the front bumper with two serious cracks and a damn great scratch. My opinion; terrible garage with a less than truthful \u2018salesman\u2019 and an absent owner (\u201cKevs in Benidorm\u201d). Total waste of my morning!!!!! Don\u2019t waste your money, incompetent and unprofessional staff!!
