Definitely a refreshing experience. Seen a car I liked last week and Being from wales it was a mission to get there but after hiring a vehicle to get myself to Catterick, I was greeted by Duncan who gave me and my partner a lift from enterprise in Northallerton to Alpha Cars. Getting to Alpha cars I met with Trevor who has seen me through the whole process, and what a pleasure it was doing business with him. He had the vehicle Mot\u2019d, serviced and added new tyres and breaks to the car as a courtesy. All in all I had a great experience with Alpha cars and would like to thank Trevor and Duncan especially for being so professional and helpful throughout. Anyone checking to see if buying a vehicle from Alpha cars is worth it I can give you my word that it absolutely is! Also extra thanks to Duncan for the cup of coffee, needed it after the drive! Thanks Again!
I recently bought a car from Alpha cars which I am extremely happy with. I ran into a problem where the battery had gone flat and reached out for some advice. I was advised to drop it off the next morning to be looked over. Within an hour of dropping my car off I was phoned to say the car was ready to collect. I had a brand new battery fitted and the mechanic also sorted a botched job of my reversing camera previously done by Halfords. Exceptional service all round. Thank you again!
Had a great experience with the team from Alpha Cars. Recently bought a car from them. They were very helpful from the beginning. The car was exactly as described and we are very pleased with it. They even delivered it to us free of charge and we were 3 hours away!! Excellent service. Will recommend to family and friends. And will definately purchase from them again in the future.
