I have recently purchased a Range Rover Vogue, from Alpha cars. The car is absolutely fantastic and it came at a very reasonably cost, I dealt with Trevor , Michael and Emma who were very efficient and pleasant and made it all so easy for me . My test drive was on Tuesday 25th Aug, and the car was delivered to my door over 50 mile away on Friday 28th , they put my private reg on for me also , best service I have ever had in buying a vehicle , I would highly recommend Alpha cars for anyone who is looking for a vehicle. A family friendly business indeed have such a lovely variety of cars and quiet a few Land Rover Range Rovers if that\u2019s what you are looking for as just recently purchased my Evoque and as a family we love it the staff are super friendly and will do their best to find you the best deal
Purchased a Landrover Discovery Sport from Alpha Cars 7 months ago and had none stop issues with the vehicle. Every fault code has appeared on the dash board and car went into limp mode. I called the dealership who basically told me its not there issue and to call the off the shelf warranty company they provide for 12 months. 2 months later car broke down again called for assistance and was told they would call me straight back. Waited 2 hours and still no call back. The worst aftercare and customer service I have ever experienced from a used car dealership. I would avoid.
This is a terrible place to buy from only interested In your money! When I got the car home I went through it with fine tooth comb only to find d out there was no locking nut so I got In touch with Mike the owner he has tried every trick in the book to put me off with all sorts of excuses about the old owner and he couldn\u2019t get hold of him to find out where the nut was in the end he\u2019s just said sort it yourself which I\u2019ve had to at a cost of \xa375.00 to myself plus time off work to sort it.just be warned very nice to your face but after not helpful at all.
