I very rarely do reviews but after my dealings with Dan and Dean I thought it only polite to do one.. I travelled 6hrs to go pick a car up that I hadn't even seen let alone driven. I basically bought the car solely on their word and promised and I'm so glad I did. Absolute cracking car and the price was better. Had a couple of minor issues which they paid for straight away without any complaints or issues. They even paid the car tax and arranged temp insurance cover for me at Thier expense as my insurance company were acting twats. Big question..... Would I buy from them again.... Absolutely Without hesitation. Not often will you meet honest genuine car sales people but you will once you buy a car from them... I had a really great experience with Dan and dean. The team were incredibly helpful from start to finish and took the time to talk me through the whole process so that it was easy to understand. When trading my car in broke down all the information on how they value cars. It really stood out how friendly and patient they were especially considering I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars. I\u2019d definitely recommend them- so thanks again x
Dan and Dean are absolute superstars. I turned up with a wish list as long as my arm\u2014white BMW Z4, red leather interior, manual, petrol, hard-top convertible, under 50k miles\u2026 you know, nothing too demanding! I\u2019d spotted a white Z4 and went to take a look, but unfortunately my body had other ideas\u2014I simply couldn\u2019t contort myself into a shape that would let me get out of it gracefully. Dream car: officially off the table. I was just about to leave, completely deflated, when Dan casually pointed out a quirky turquoise MINI convertible. I\u2019ll admit, my first reaction wasn\u2019t exactly love at first sight - it's the complete opposite of what I wanted i.e. Sexy and showy. But after taking a moment\u2014and then a few test drives\u2014I completely fell for it. It's fun, cute and sporty and I am completely in love. From start to finish, Dan and Dean made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. They handled my cherished plate transfer seamlessly and somehow made parting with my beloved Nissan far less emotional than I expected. They really do go above and beyond, and it doesn\u2019t go unnoticed. I hope they know how much that is valued. And as if that wasn\u2019t enough, Chester the doodle dog is an absolute gem\u2014I might just have to invent a reason to pop back in for another cuddle!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Dean and Dan at Ainsdale Car Centre \u2013 they\u2019ve both been amazing from start to finish. Super helpful, friendly, and made everything really easy with no pressure at all. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Cannot rate these guys enough. Went once looking for a car on the cheaper side unfortunately they had non at the time. However Dan and dean were friendly and lovely I just got a good feeling about them. Last week a hydandai x35 came in and I was on the phone and test driving it within the hour. Dan and dean could not have done more. Deposit down refused to sell without a fresh 12 month MOT huge green flag!! Was kept up to date with work and time frames. There was a little delay over getting a little fix for MOT not in their control at all and again kept up to date. Would 100% recommend they look after you and are down to earth good people. Will be back in the future when the time comes. Thank you Dan and dean
Staff are lovely but be careful I bought a car less than six months ago from here, MOT'd before I picked it up I've done less than 2200 miles and it's just had to go into a garage to have all of its brakes done and just I've been told they don't know how it passed its last MOT as the rear subframe is rotten and won't pass it's next MOT & It'll cost approx \xa31000 to fix. \xa34600 and in less than six months I'm having to pay over a thousand pounds more to keep it road worthy. Not good and I'm far from happy.
I bought a BMW 4 Series Convertible from this company and I honestly couldn\u2019t fault them. From the start they were really polite, friendly and easy to deal with. The car looked fantastic when I collected it \u2014 very clean, well presented and exactly as described. After the purchase I had a small issue with a spring, which I informed them about. They responded straight away and offered for me to bring it back in, but as I live quite far away they agreed to let me get it repaired locally for a reasonable price. They then reimbursed me very quickly with no hassle at all. The car has been spot on ever since and I\u2019d happily recommend them to anyone.
If I could leave a 10 star review I definitely would ! After a stressful 2 weeks with other dealerships I know I definitely found the right one ! Dean and Dan are such friendly people and very reassuring. With the purchase of my new Aclass I couldn\u2019t be happier I\u2019ve definitely found the perfect car for me. Made it such an easy process. Couldn\u2019t recommend more ! Been telling everyone about them and had lots of compliments on my gorgeous new car ! Also have a lovely shop dog who is very welcoming and friendly too \U0001f60d\U0001f601
