You're not imagining it
1 in 5 people would rather sit in a dentist's chair than buy a used car*. Time to change that.

Our manifesto
Tired? Confused?Thinking about settling for less?
The market is broken, not you.
We haven't changed it, yet, but we're working with dealers to build a marketplace with nothing to hide, building buyer trust through radical transparency, one honest step at a time.
Cazoo. Honestly, Finally.
Car search shouldn't wear you down. That's why Cazoo just added two easier ways to find your next car on the Cazoo app
Snap a photo of a car you like or swipe to discover your next car, live now.

The used car market wasn't built to serve buyers. These commitments are how we are changing that, starting with our dealers' commitment to car buyers.
Every vehicle advertised should reflect its true condition, history, mileage and price. No hidden fees, no misleading images, no surprises.
Known defects, outstanding finance, previous damage — buyers deserve to know before they commit, not after.
Every dealer on Cazoo must hold the right authorisations for how they trade, and respect buyer's legal rights — always.
Every enquiry deserves a genuine, timely reply. And because we know waiting is frustrating, if a car sells before you've heard back from a dealer, Cazoo will drop you a message so you're never left wondering.
Whatever was agreed at the point of sale, prep work, delivery, warranty, should be delivered as promised, and within the agreed timeframe.
No pressure, no confusion, and a fair experience for everyone, whoever you are and however you found us.
Every complaint deserves to be heard and properly investigated. A reply isn't a resolution. Dealers are expected to work with the buyer and Cazoo to try to resolve it.
*Points 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 are underpinned by the advertising terms and conditions every dealer signs with Cazoo, and by law. Points 4 and 7 reflect standards we're still actively working with dealers to meet, and we're building further measures to strengthen them over time.
Feel confident buying
You don't need us to hold your hand. Just a minute to think.
A test drive isn’t a commitment.
Dents, mismatched paint, tyre wear, warning lights.
If there’s no paperwork, ask why.
Air con, windows, lights, infotainment - every button
If you’re being pressured to decide immediately, that’s usually a good reason not to.
We'd rather you asked too many questions than not enough.
