YCC Cars: Five Stars for Aftercare (Jeep Grand Cherokee) I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from YCC Cars in Preston, and my salesperson, Tim, was fantastic throughout the process. He was professional, straightforward, and made the initial sale feel smooth and transparent. However, what really showed me the quality of this company was how they handled a major engine failure afterward. On the very day I drove it home, the Jeep broke down. I was over 300 miles away in Scotland! I called the dealership right away, and they handled the situation with total professionalism. They asked me to take it to a local garage, where the problem was diagnosed as the crankshaft reluctor wheel. YCC Cars immediately took charge, arranging the full recovery of the Jeep back to Preston at their expense, and committing to a full repair. I do have a personal note that the speed of communication felt slower than I normally like. I prefer things to be much faster, planned, and consistent, but this is a minor personal preference and does not detract from the fact that they fully honored their promise to fix the Jeep. The bottom line is that they absolutely stand by their vehicles. It’s easy for a dealership to be great during the sale, but YCC Cars proved their outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction when a major problem arose. Their aftercare and warranty support were genuinely five-star. If you want a dealer who truly takes care of their customers, look no further. Highly recommended!

very good sales and after care there gave me a price in the ball park area very close to we buy any car offered for my trade in with-out any hassle morgan the sales person was great and hes keeped in-touch asking if all ok with our new car and we will be going back when a service is needed or when mot due,, and would recomend this garage/sales ps morgen went that extra mile for a sales person to make sure we where happy and could not do anymore to make sure all was ok
