Not a very trusting guy as far as 2nd hand dealers go. Bought a VW Passat saturday and today I had a mate take it into his garage as I was paranoid I had got another dodgy one. However my mate and the other guys in the garage had it up on ramps and are surprised at what a great condition car it is. Fully serviced, new springs on the rear plus new discs and extremely well prepared ready for sale. Michael who sold me it was a great guy with no pressure put on the sale. Breath of fresh air for me finding such an honest dealer after weeks of looking. Guys at the garage who checked mine have all taken a note of dealer for when they are ready to get a new car as they are so impressed at the price I got such a good standard car for. Would recommend Waterfront on all levels and will use again if I end up wrecking this one... Hopefully wont but not the luckiest bloke lol

I had purchased a seat leon yesterday from this dealership and wow i was so impressed with how clean the car was on viewing. We had noticed a small stone chip on the bumper and michal reduced the price for us. Michal delivered great customer experience and made us feel welcomed. I definitely recommmend waterfront motor company to anyone purchasing cars!
Total rip off of a company, absolute liars, bought a megane off them,the windows leaked from day one,bought my car as it was scrapped but put it back on the road,said there was brand new brakes on it,bull the brakes needed replaced within 4 months, lied about the mileage on the mot certificate, watch what your doing buying from this company.
Bunch of conmen. Steer clear. Sold us a dud Citroen and have been trying to get them to fix it / reimburse since. Got a written report from another garage noting faults that made it illegal to use on the road and they ignored it. Incredibly rude response from them to all of this. Now refusing to respond. Next stop small claims court.
