I recently bought a used van from WHS World and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Adam dealt with me all the way through and made the whole process incredibly easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions, which really put me at ease. The van was exactly as described and in great condition, and everything was handled in a professional and transparent way. There was no pressure at any point — just honest advice and excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WHS World to anyone looking for a quality used van, and I’d definitely use them again in the future. Cheers Adam, Ben. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Friendly staff however the vans are masked with a lovley valet ! Looked at one van the tires had been painted the side door wasnt opening smoothly and the gear box was super stiff. Looked at the next next to it rear door wouldnt close \U0001f926‍♂️ walked away before I made a mistake, Its a real shame really because they have a really nice place just need to do better and getting good vans rarther than poor vans and masking them
Recently travelled 18 hours in total, 9 hours down the country to collect a mitsubishi l200. The salesman (adam) told me he had nothing to do with the company at all and did not work for them. Only was doing them a ‘favour’ while they were on holiday. (The owner called me a few days later saying he does work there) It was not disclosed to me that the l200 was modified and remapped, after filling it up at the local morrisons. While driving off other drivers were flashing me and staring at the truck. My wife behind explained that it was dumping thick black smoke covering the other side of the road and effecting the view for other drivers. It was also pungent and filling her car with fumes. The remap would not have passed MOT emissions yet it was done a month prior. (Suspected EGR delete remap) The back end of the truck was lifted, couldn't see anything out the back window. The suspension on the front and back was squeaking badly and making weird noises going over stuff. Adam explained that it was a ‘part exchange’ truck and no mechanic looked over it, Yet he knew i was travelling 500 miles down and needed to drive it back up. They should have inspected it. The walk round video did not show the driver side speaker hanging off the door, a black deep scuff on the back arch. It was never advertised as part exchange and at \xa36000 you wouldn't expect it to be We called about the truck on a Tuesday which over the phone adam stated the truck wouldnt be serviced until a deposit was put down, which we did on friday. Upon collecting it, they provided a receipt for a full service around \xa350?? Which was supposedly done on the tuesday. Another review stated there van wasnt serviced, which i mentioned to adam after returning the truck. His reply was ‘Its got nothing to do with me, i own this business next door’ I was also told on the phone it was 3 months warranty, then when we arrived it was only 1month in house warranty. I had to pay for an extended warranty with auto guard , which also wouldn’t cover a modified vehicle. Which is stated in there terms and conditions. I didn't get reimbursed for the full tank of diesel that i put in, They didn't cancel the vehicle tax or give me the v5 slip to cancel it myself so i have to dispute it with dvla. Lost alot of money for the fuel down and accommodation for a truck i didnt even get to keep. They sold it a few days later, advertised it before they gave a refund. I don't recommend travelling far for there vehicles, get AA to inspect the cars before purchasing. Ive learned this the hard way.
