We'd like to mention Bidev Thapa who was our sales person (Product Genius) throughout the process. He was charming, polite, professional and very knowledgable. The only disappointment we have is the following: during the conversations we were lead to believe that the next service of the vehicle in a few months time would be complimentary. After agreeing the sale we asked if the free service could be put in writing only to be told this was not said to us. We were very sure, or at least this was our perception that it had been. Bidev tried very hard to obtain sanction from his line manager that this could be allowed. The Sales Manager dug in his heels and would not budge. This left us rather disapointed which was a shame as everything else was very favourable. The relatively low cost of a service would have made us totally satisfied customers rather than just satisfied, but they didn't seem to take that into consideration.
I would not recommend Waylands Swindon because one week after the delivery, 12v battery of my car was down, but I could not use the roadside assistance for 5 days. I asked the Swindon Sales many times, they did not fix the problem for 5 days. I found that my car was not registered in Polestar for long time after the purchase/delivery. I also need the refund of the car reservation fee of 99.0 pounds from Waylands. I asked the sales several times but I have not received the refund yet since 2nd of April. Please refund the fee as soon as possible.

My experience at Waylands Swindon could have been better because i dont believe we were sold a particularly great car. since we've had it we keep noticing different things wrong with it. car had all melted chocolate biscuits in vents and in back pockets when we collected, pedals were caked in thick mud, the light is cracked still not rectified despite my picture vidence showing it was cracked before we drove away. sensors werent working from first collection, several re visits and time wasted now working.Not a great car.
Waylands Swindon were great because the purchase was carried out without any fuss, Phillip Bound was happy to answer all questions and enquiries clearly and in plain language. I feel that his considerate attitude and general friendliness contributed greatly to an enjoyable experience and purchase that reflected in a very positive way on the company as a whole.
